### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bit disappointing
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 August 2016*

A bit flimsy and not very comfortable. Reasonable sound quality though.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great for our busy call center
*by on Reviewed in Canada 1 February 2020*

have 7-8 staff in one room, can speak loudly without being heard in other peoples phone calls. these get used 40 hours every week making non stop outbound calls and we still have yet to break any of them in 3 years.
