Also the color is unique and identifiable as mine. I often need to bring my own food to work, for travel or for play and I prefer to keep my stuff cold and near me. This bag has a pocket that I put an ice pack in on top and a flat ice pack on the bottom. Sometimes if I do not eat my food it is still partially frozen or still very cold (approx. 7am to 3pm). Anything that goes in room temp. does become cold. Anything that goes in cold stays cold to cool. When expanded I have easily packed two meals- w/ snacks, fresh fruit, frozen juice and a water, cream for coffee and not had spoilage (on a road trip from NY-SC). It's not very heavy and it's lasted a long time. My only complaint is the newer one (this one) doesn't have a mesh pocket for the blue ice bag like my old one did. That was a nice feature that I was disappointed to find missing.
