Review: Gives a small boast to sound - I have a hard time hearing the TV unless I turn the volume up to ear-slitting levels for anyone else in the room. I don't need "real" hearing aid to navigate daily activities. I bought this neck band amplifier and it solved the issue. Once on, it is adjustable in volume. I use one ear bud most of the time but when the program isn't as loud as I need it, I use both. I now can leave the TV set at 20 (out of 100) and everyone is happy.

I have a hard time hearing the TV unless I turn the volume up to ear-slitting levels for anyone else in the room. I don't need "real" hearing aid to navigate daily activities. I bought this neck band amplifier and it solved the issue. Once on, it is adjustable in volume. I use one ear bud most of the time but when the program isn't as loud as I need it, I use both. I now can leave the TV set at 20 (out of 100) and everyone is happy.
