So if these are what they say, I feel I’ve made a smart, healthy decision. And I must say that since I’ve been using them (about 3 weeks) I can actually say that my eyes feel so much better. I use prescription eye drops twice daily, and I use the dried blackcurrants in my green smoothies first off in the morning and I take the supplement at night.
