I tried to get a replace a pair under warranty and never received the email they said they were sending. I bought this because it was a Phillips brand and thought it might be a good set of earbuds. I don't expect these to last more then a year with heavy use for the price this costs, but I do expect them to last more then 3 months. After less then 3 months, you can no longer hear sound out of the left earbud. The right earbud you can still hear sound but for how much longer? If you are looking for earbuds that don't break the bank, don't pick this one.
