Review: Cools well - Pretty easy to use. Light weight so it's easy to move from room to room. You can use the ice packs/boxes that come with it or use ice cubes to cool off the air more. Better used in a smaller room. If the room gets too big, it doesn't cool as well. But all in all, good little cooler.
Review: Does Not Work At All - My only regret is that I cannot give this product zero stars. The price was right and it looked like it would work great for my tiny bedroom. So tiny in fact, that, I can only fit a single wide bed, a small dresser, and a tray table next to my bed. This thing is a total waste of money! I did all the setup correct. This product actually blew hot air into the room! It made the room even hotter by at least 10 degrees! And now, after only a few days of useage, I am returning it. For a partial refund! What a complete and total waste of time and money. And this is why,,,, you DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL ANYTHING off of desertcart. Obviously the seller of this item knows it is a piece of garbage, but, lied in the online description. DO NOT BUY THIS! You will lose money and roast like a egg on a hot sidewalk in the Sierra Desert

**Q: Does it measure up to the cooling power of an air conditioner?**
A: It actually cools through water, so it can't compete with an air conditioner, but it's cooler than a regular fan and more energy-efficient than an air conditioner.

**Q: Is it prohibited to add water to the top tank?**
A: Yes, because filling the top tank can cause excessive water accumulation, accelerating the downward flow rate. This may lead to water overflowing from the sides, resulting in leaks. We recommend adding water to the bottom tank instead.

**Q: Without ice and water, does this portable air conditioner just blow regular fan-like air with no cooling?**
A: Our portable air conditioners cools by circulating ice and water. Due to its size, it might not cool large spaces like a traditional AC. But it's suitable for smaller areas or as a refreshing breeze on hot days, just like a fan !

**Q: If the water tank is dirty, how do I replace and clean it?**
A: You can remove the back panel of the evaporative air cooler, take off the filter cotton board for cleaning. We also provide a cleaning sponge for cleaning the bottom water tank.

**Q: Does the ice crystal boxes need to be replaced with water frequently?**
A: Be sure to note that after adding 80% of water for the first time, there is no need to replace the water in the box. Just circulate and refrigerate for continued use.

### ⭐⭐ Okay, broke within 2-3 months.

It’s nice, small and easy to put in a bedroom and the supplies that came with it are nice. However the reason for the 2 stars is because after about 2-3 months it started leaking internally and I didn’t notice it on my hardwood floors until it was bad enough that there was a giant puddle underneath… it cupped my floors luckily in a small area but still…. I was disappointed, the price seemed reasonable just really upset it broke within 3 months of even having it… the cold air was decent for a portable swamp cooler. It is overall quieter than most fans. But that’s all it is now is just a fan since I can’t fill it with water anymore…. Anyways I wouldn’t buy again if it’s just going to break in 2 months I really needed something to cool my room down and now I need another option.
