The outer box even comes with a little yellow device sellotaped to the outside, to help with cutting the tape on the box.The instructions are very clear, you get ALL of the tools required to assemble the chair, and even a pair of white gloves to keep your hands clean when assembling! First time I’ve ever seen this.The seat is firm, comfortable and feels very good quality considering the price. The wheels work flawlessly, and the arm rests are adjustable (not common on budget office chairs).The design looks clean and professional and certainly not cheap! The white colour also pleased my partner, who thought that a black office chair “wouldn’t match the aesthetic of the room”…The lumbar support feels good and is adjustable.
