The pockets are very tight and secure so trying to “stack” mags you’re only going to be able to access the top one easily, while the bottom would be stuck in. **Q: Will this carrier work with 20 round .308/7.62 magazines?** A: 5.56 round mag’s are very tight. I would doubt it. I don’t have any .308/7.62 to try. **Q: does this have a shoulder strap or just hand carry straps?** A: No shoulder strap; just hand strap.
