It has a lot of useful, relevant information densely packed into a small package, the text is large enough to read but not too large to waste precious space, the pictures are clear, and while the descriptions are terse, they are generally sufficient to give you what you need to identify a plant. The glossy, heavy paper makes it easy to wipe down the guide after getting caught in the rain, but this isn't waterproof, so beware. The lamination is only on the surface, leaving the edges exposed, and dunking this in water will end poorly.
