The Supreme and Titan sizes are too heavy and cannot be moved after being filled. Creating a complete circle with a single barrier would not be recommended however moving each end to create a U type shape is quite common. For the larger tubes we recommend you place the tubes in the place and shape that you want and then fill them. **Q: How well does this work filling with a garden hose as opposed to buying the adapter?** A: I fill mine with a garden hose. You just have to hold the hose against the opening to prevent being sprayed. It works fine. **Q: Do these work on bare ground or grass, Or do they need to be on concrete as pictured?** A: I would think they would work on both. I planned to use on concrete but taking them out of the package I think they will work on both. Easier than sandbags and made out of heavy plastics. **Q: Do your barriers absorbs the water that seeps unto surfaces and absirbs them until you ade ready to dispose of it?** A: These barriers do NOT absorb the water. It just help block the water from going to certain areas.
