Review: Excellent Milk Powder - My family has begun using keeping this product around for nights and weekends when we do not need to go to the grocery store. The flavor is great (we're a skim milk family). Many of the reviews seem to dislike that the product "clumps". We have not had this issue. Using glass quart bottles, we fill the bottle half full of water, add powder, shake to mix, then fill remaining quart with water and shake once more. Having tried approximately 6 other brands, we prefer this product to others because 1) taste's similar to milk purchased in store; and 2) less powder is required for mixture (0.5 cups) compared to other products--if you've ever tried mixing this stuff in a bottle you'll understand why less is better when pouring powder into a small hole.

Many of the reviews seem to dislike that the product "clumps". We have not had this issue. Using glass quart bottles, we fill the bottle half full of water, add powder, shake to mix, then fill remaining quart with water and shake once more. Having tried approximately 6 other brands, we prefer this product to others because 1) taste's similar to milk purchased in store; and 2) less powder is required for mixture (0.5 cups) compared to other products--if you've ever tried mixing this stuff in a bottle you'll understand why less is better when pouring powder into a small hole.

It does not mix well in heater liquids. It is best when mixed with cold or room temp water on a bottle shaker. Also refrigerated after mixing for a better taste.
