Look at the second image on Amazon, the back side label, you will see they are ONLY stating the liver content. I did buy this label when my tried and true went out of stock. When I first began buying (solgar), I asked how much iron was contained. And they refused to answer with a measure. They said because it comes from live stock and dependent upon what crop it consumes, the iron content is fluid. So if you applied that same theory here to your question, it may explain why this label isn't claiming anymore than they think they can.
