Does the remote not need to see the box to work? Thanks** A: My box is behind the tv hung from the tv bracket and the remote works find. There are two types of signals that work with remotes one is infrared which requires a line of sight and the other is a name I can’t remember but doesn’t need to be able to have a direct line.
