It works well for the butcher paper but I think it would also work well for plastic wrap if that's what you need it for. I like that it has the cutting blade and that it is sturdy and stable. I think it's a bit pricey for what it is but since it's a lot heavier than I thought, it was worth it for me. I do wish that there was something on top where the paper comes out to help keep the paper from rolling back in but other than that it works for what I needed. Review: Well made. Cuts easily. - Works great for different sizes. Looks beautiful in counter. ## Features - Built for 18-Inch Commercial Bulk Rolls β€” Designed for many 18-inch food service rolls, including plastic wrap or cling film up to 3000ft. It also holds many compatible 500–1000ft foil rolls and butcher, freezer, or kraft paper rolls. This is a large countertop dispenser; fit depends on roll width and diameter, not footage alone. Measure your roll and counter space before ordering. - Smoother Pulling and Controlled Film Cutting β€” The upgraded roller sleeve and refined slot design help large rolls stay aligned for smoother, quieter dispensing. The slide cutter provides clean, controlled cuts for plastic wrap and cling film with less bunching, snagging, or tearing. Performance may vary with thicker foil and paper. - Made for Commercial Food Prep β€” A practical countertop wrap dispenser for restaurants, catering kitchens, delis, bakeries, food trucks, commissary kitchens, shared prep stations, and high-use home kitchens that use large rolls throughout the day. - Durable Bamboo Alternative with Hidden Side Handles β€” The solid bamboo body helps keep large rolls supported and organized when the original cardboard box becomes crushed, torn, or difficult to use. Hidden handles on both sides make it easier to move the loaded dispenser between counters, shelves, and prep stations. - Complete Upgraded Countertop Set β€” Includes 1 dispenser, 1 spare cutter strip, 4 non-slip rubber feet, and 16 identification labels for organizing film, foil, and paper rolls. Reinforced double-layer cushioning helps protect the product during shipping. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D2LGDYG3 | | Best Sellers Rank | #50,990 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #29 in Paper Roll Cutters | | Brand | Libreshine | | Brand Name | Libreshine | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 143 Reviews | | Finish Type | Polished | | Finish Types | Polished | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 20.5"L x 6.1"W x 6.1"H | | Item Weight | 2.11 kg | | Manufacturer | Libreshine | | Manufacturer Part Number | LB18D | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Free 30-day return | | Material | Bamboo | | Material Type | Bamboo | | Model Number | LB18PDB | | Product Dimensions | 20.5"L x 6.1"W x 6.1"H | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Libreshine - **Color:** Black - **Item Weight:** 2.11 kg - **Material:** Bamboo - **Product Dimensions:** 20.5"L x 6.1"W x 6.1"H ## Images ![Black 18 Inch Commercial Plastic Wrap Dispenser with Cutter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61BXN5C9WOL.jpg) ![Black 18 Inch Commercial Plastic Wrap Dispenser with Cutter - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ZM8kXOEbL.jpg) ![Black 18 Inch Commercial Plastic Wrap Dispenser with Cutter - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71VVq9bhDiL.jpg) ![Black 18 Inch Commercial Plastic Wrap Dispenser with Cutter - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81vNhTo-RmL.jpg) ![Black 18 Inch Commercial Plastic Wrap Dispenser with Cutter - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iuuOjH8oL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice, sturdy dispenser for my butcher paper roll *by M***A on June 29, 2026* This was a great purchase for the large roll of butcher paper I use for crafting. Cuts easily. *by M***Y on February 15, 2026* Works great for different sizes. Looks beautiful in counter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and nice looking. *by J***Y on August 21, 2025* I love this! I had a similar one made on Etsy years ago before this product was available and am so excited this is now available! Tattooers everywhere are thrilled that this dispenser exists. It only took 2 decades for someone to decide to start making attractive 18" commercial dispensers that aren’t 150$. Only complaint: Get ride of the name on the front. ## Frequently Bought Together - libreshine 18 Inch Extra Large Foil and Plastic Wrap Organizer with Cutter, Holds 3000ft Film Rolls or 500ft-1000ft Foil Rolls, Restaurant Kitchen Foodservice Butcher Paper Cutter Black - Libreshine Extra Large Trash Bag Holder Dispenser, Garbage Bag Dispenser Roll Holder Under Sink, Bamboo Wall Mounted Kitchen Trash Bag Dispenser Organizer - Libreshine 12 Inch Extra Large Foil and Plastic Wrap Organizer with Cutter, Holds 3000ft Film Rolls or 500ft-1000ft Foil Rolls, Restaurant Kitchen Foodservice Wrap Dispenser --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/700866766-black-18-inch-commercial-plastic-wrap-dispenser-with-cutter](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/700866766-black-18-inch-commercial-plastic-wrap-dispenser-with-cutter) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
