Review: Excellent price - My 20 month old jack russell (who is a real chunky dog, weighing just shy of 9 Kg) has recently developed an allergy and can only have a fish diet, which meant all the treats must be fish based and/or hypoallergenic. I noticed this brand in my local pet shop and was assured it would be safe for him to eat, i.e. no grain, no additives and/or nasties he could react to. I bought a couple for him to try and they did not cause any reaction, so when I saw these on desertcart at such a brilliant price, I bought a mixed box in a resealable tub. He is also a voracious chewer and nothing seems to last longer than a couple of seconds. These, however, last a good ten minutes. I shall continue to buy and would highly recommend.

**Q: Do these take a while for the dog to eat, or are they gone in seconds ?**
A: I suppose it depends on the size of your dog. Ours is a border terrier and he chews on one for 5 or 10 minutes and leaves it alone for the next day. Having said that he is not a greedy dog. I like the fact that they are all natural ingredients. Hes been having them for 6 years now.

**Q: Are they safe for a small dog weighting 7kg as I accidentally ordered the medium. Do we just give him half?**
A: Hi my hamster has the smallest of these & they are perfectly fine so for a dog you will be absolutely fine with the medium my hamster takes about a week to eat the crocodile one he drags it into his bed ( I know he isn’t a dog ) hope this helps

A: hi, the small size will be suitable for your size dog, 1 a day will be fine, it will last a little while, but not all day. if you want something for them to chew on all day, a nyla bone or natural deer antler are good as they are safe to be left with as they wont splinter. hope this helps.
