Other than pure saline this stuff is really, really good after one or two full sprays with blowing your nose gently before using the product and let it get sit into your nose and sinuses. You really feel a difference in about 20 seconds. Also has a person with sleep apnea and use a CPAP daily. I spray this in before I go to bed and clears my sinuses for a great night sleep. Super happy I found this product and there is nothing in it.
