I purchased this product with high expectations, but it presented multiple issues from the very beginning. Its performance was unstable within the first few days, and the technical support has been disappointing, offering neither clear nor reasonable solutions to the problems reported. After the purchase, four of the units began functioning intermittently, and just two months later, several have already started to fail consistently. At only three months post-installation, half of the products are practically no longer working. I am attaching images and detailed information to support these claims. It is unacceptable to have to consider replacement after such a short period of time. If this is the condition after only three months, I cannot imagine what it will be like in a year.
