I have tried what I think are all the flavors and like each if them. As with any food or drink we each have our favorites so I will refrain from singling one out. I like the Trimino protein drinks because they are "lighter" than others. I believe this is because they have a lower protein content than some others. I buy a variety of brands. Sometimes I buy some with more protein which is great when I want it, but often I drink them while I exercise i.e. play tennis. At that time I want something that is closer to water in consistency then a heavy fruit drink or soda. These provide that. I get my thirst quenched and get some protein without feeling like I just drank something heavy. I hope this is clear.
