Un súper libro en todos sus aspectos tanto material, fotos e instrucciones muy detallas hasta con glosario excelente!!!!Mi libro siempre está a la mano y todos los días mis niños se sientan a ver las fotos y los dos me dicen que la comida se ve muy rica y que me van ayudar a prepárarla. Definitivamente este libro llena mis espectativas valió la espera para obtener un buen material. Y claro este libro lo recomendare una y otra y yo le doy más de 5 estrellas porque lo vale.

This book went above and beyond my expectations. The book itself is of great quality, the images are vivid, the recipes are delicious and easy to follow. I loved the glossary in the back with the definition of some of the ingredients and other names used for them. I also loved how Jaqui gives you plate combination samples for all recipes. This book is a must have if you want to create practical, delicious, healthy and dynamic dishes that invite everyone in the family to take a bite.
