I got this for when I brew coffee or need to fill my cats water bowl. Filters quick, easy to store and the water tastes great. The price was affordable and easy to set up as well.

Edit 6/11/2025: after my review, the customer service team reached out and offered me consideration for my disappointment in the product. Although my review stands as it is, I will give it a 5/5 for the customer service alone. Cute design, need to pop the lid off every refill. Refills are fast, but the water doesn't taste as good as the major brand.
