I'm getting the results I want from it and as a type 2 diabetic it personally doesn't effect my blood sugar. I will definitely keep on buying it!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent product *by on Reviewed in the United States February 20, 2023* excellent ### ⭐⭐⭐ Flavor is pretty good; hard to mix with a spoon *by on Reviewed in the United States February 15, 2021* I would drink this after a morning workout for a protein boost. Although the sweetener has a bit of a cloying aftertaste, the flavor is not bad overall, and I'd rate it the same as the vanilla-peanut butter flavor I also tried. This product is hard to mix with just a spoon; I still had several lumps when I finally drank it after mixing quite a while. I find this to be a problem with most (but not all) whey isolate protein mixes. Better to use a shaker or blender with this one. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/69867713-vmi-sports-protolyte-whey-isolate-protein-powder-low-calorie-whey](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/69867713-vmi-sports-protolyte-whey-isolate-protein-powder-low-calorie-whey) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
