I've only used it for 3 days so far, finally I can shift positions comfortably and not torture my legs. It allows pretty weird body configurations, perfect for people who just can't sit straight for more than 10 minutes. I kind of wish the footrest height could be adjusted too, but it's not really a big problem if your table is height-adjustable: I make everything higher relative to the footrest and can sit however I want.
