I’ve used this Dutch-process cocoa powder in 2 different recipes and they came out just fine. One had to be mixed with water and the other in melted butter. This cocoa powder mixed beautifully in both and wasn’t clumpy at all. The color of this cocoa powder is pretty similar to “regular” cocoa powders (see pic compared to the black cocoa powder). The flavor was great in making a chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. It smells richer than others so I’m hoping that’s a sign for better quality. I do wish it was cheaper for this size bag you get since I had to use a lot of this (compared to using only a little bit of the black cocoa powder) but I’m still happy with it.
