**Q: I just got this and screwed in the handle. Went to put it in the caddy in the bathroom and it won't close...it's stuck open. Any advice?**
A: I had to shave down part of the plastic. Mentioned in my review. Just can’t remember exactly where. Took it apart and after some tinkering figured it out. Try some trial and error and hopefully you can get it working for you. Been working fine since, even though I (we) shouldn’t have to have fixed their mess up.

**Q: how do you clean this?**
A: Actually, I regret buying this. It is not sanitary at all. You have to pick this up off the floor & clean this by hand with a soapy cloth in a bucket. You could use Clorox wipes, but I think that would be a bigger mess & you’d need to use a lot of wipes.
The hinged butterfly-open design is terrible. You need to use your hands to open it & lift out the plunger. It does not simply open when you try to lift up the plunger. Same thing to put it back in the holder - must use your hands.
I cannot recommend this product. Very unsanitary to use & clean.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hide that nasty thing! (Plunger w/holder= great)

This contraption hides the yucky toilet plunger from sight. We have gone years with our toilet, plunger out in the open or hidden away in a closet… Then come little boys, who make it so we get to use the toilet plunger multiple times a day now. This thing is fantastic because it not only is easy to use, it hides away the toilet plunger and keeps the mess in one spot that is easy to clean. There’s a little drain and any wetness drains to the bottom which you can periodically empty and clean. This is a way better solution than a loose toilet plunger with no holder. Thumbs up for the Clorox toilet plunger with holder. So now I’ve had this for a couple weeks and I have had to use it. It is not a super stiff or firm plunger, it is pretty loose and splashed a little when I used it since it slipped around a little bit rather than having a firm seal when using it. The big, huge sturdy ugly ones are better, but this looks nicer for households with minimal use. I have two little boys, so may have to keep the ugly one in their bathroom for our near daily plugged toilets. This one will be good for the bathrooms with people that don’t use a whole roll of toilet paper every time they go.
