Review: NCP0039 HansPilot CarKit - This adapter does not work with the Dongfeng VIGO model car. desertcart refused to accept the adapter back as 30 days had elapsed since I purchased it (I could not test the adapter as the shipment/delivery of my car was delayed due to the Iran war). I wrote to HansPilot (Allan), explained the situation and though it took a week, they refunded the amount. Excellent customer care - 10/10.
