However Sound quality with headset is fair if volume is turn up fully . As for programming the "memory" features it took a little bit to figure it out , because the arrow keys are reversed to go up in # for date / time /etc you have to use the down button and up to go down. But expect to program it EVERYDAY. Caller ID display does not work. You can go back and review for #. So I keep my other desk phone next to it for that purpose. Speaker phone is so low in sound it's useless. The headset fell apart in two days, so I have to keep snapping it back together. For the price I wasn't expecting it to compare to my office phone, but it's so frustrating to use that I end up switching back to my regular desk phone. The drawback with that is I have no capability for a headset. Initially I thought I would only use for a few weeks then return to work, and could deal with it. But that has now been pushed out several months and this has ended up being a waste of $$. Only displays the number, but no alpha display. If you expect to record anything, get an old-fashioned answering machine to plug into its backside. Not sure what to say.
