Works great and looks very nice on my stovetop! ### ⭐⭐ Keep shopping, skip this one. *by J***R on July 7, 2026* Mr Coffee Kettle autopsy report/review. Two months in, and the lid has begun heartily rusting, as has the upper lip of the kettle. Replacing it with a half price Walmart electric kettle. Does this hold water without leaking? Yes, one star. Does this heat water? Yes, one more star. Durability? Nope. Insulated handle? Not unless you're a restaurant hot plate server. So, nope. Worth the money? Absolutely not. Scroll on to another kettle, this one is a waste of time and money. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/693900222-mr-coffee-flintshire-2-2-quart-large-whistling-stainless-steel](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/693900222-mr-coffee-flintshire-2-2-quart-large-whistling-stainless-steel) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
