While it would have been nice to have further mention that the combo couldn’t be re-set, I accepted fault given this info was included in the listing.Upon attempting to return (I wanted a combination my daughter could choose herself) I learned that I could no longer return the item as the packaging had already been opened.Frustrated, I emailed the company.Their response was prompt, gracious and kind and they were more than willing to grant refund after hearing my story.Also, the lock appeared sturdy, came as pictured (including keys) and did work with the combination provided.
