**Q: Does this item make any noise?**
A: Yea, it beeps loudly with each button press, which makes it pretty much useless for me. Trying to take it apart to see if I can stop the beeping, but I’ll probably just end up breaking it.

**Q: how is the quality?**
A: I have found the quality to be good.

**Q: What is the smallest weight this scale will recognize?**
A: Actually, the other answers are wrong based on the products written description. The usable range is listed as 0.05–500 g.  So the lowest weight it can measure accurately is 0.05 g. Within that range, it reports weights in increments of 0.01 g, but it still has to be above 0.05 g to be accurate.

**Q: Can this be used to weigh postage/packages**
A: I don’t know why not. I wouldn’t weigh a large package using this scale. Pay attention to the weigh limit for which this scale is intended

Update: I had some issues with my first scale (only the power button worked), but the seller reached out right away after I shared my experience and sent me a replacement at no cost. I really appreciate how quickly they handled it. The new scale works fine and is easy to use. The only small downside is that it doesn’t measure larger volumes, but that’s a minor issue for me. Great customer service and overall a good product. Original: I really wanted to like this scale, but it has been nothing but frustrating. The scale keeps measuring on its own even when there’s no weight on it. When I try to actually measure something, I can’t change the unit of measurement or use the tare function...both of which are basic features you’d expect to work. The only button that seems to function properly is the power button, which makes the scale practically useless. Very disappointing purchase.
