A: Yes, they are sweet soy sauces. I am currently planning to use it in an Indonesian Fried Rice recipe. It's thicker than other soy sauces.

**Q: is it the same soya sauce in Mi Goreng noodles?**
A: Yes, it's the same sauce! I loved it when I first tried it and found this sweet soy, seems to be the exact same stuff...

**Q: Is this considered dark soy sauce ?**
A: It's not really dark soy sauce.  I do use it however in place of dark soy that's in a recipe for Sticky Pork Belly.  It has a different taste than dark soy and is also much sweeter.

**Q: Is this a glass bottle?**
A: Yes, it is a glass bottle. If your concern is breakage, I have never had an issue after perhaps as many as a half-dozen orders...
