He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

If you are looking at this neck massager and wondering whether the heat and kneading actually feel useful, yes. It gives that firm, working pressure that makes it feel like it is doing something rather than just vibrating weakly. It is handy for neck and shoulder tension, and the heat makes it feel more relaxing. The design means you can position it where you need it and control the pressure a bit by how you hold it. ### ⭐ Plug pin broke off.

Worked really well and I loved this until the third plug pin broke. Thankfully it broke while in storage basket not in the plug socket but now the product is unusable. Poor quality plug has let the whole product down
