I've been drinking it 3 days in a row by mixing it in with a little vanilla almond milk & honey (instead of water as the package says). The taste kind of reminds me a bit of the postum I used to drink as a kid. It already seems to have some magical kind of juju working because I've been battling with sinus issues for 6 weeks taking all sorts of immunity building supplements and after only a few days of drinking this my sinuses are clearing up enough so I can stop taking decongestants and sleep through the night without my nose stuffing up.
