When detaching the charger, a small piece from the socket got stuck inside the hoverboard. The charger cannot be used anymore....Edit:In less than 12 hours from my email to InnovaMaxx UK I received an email asking for some pictures with the broken product.Before I got home and took those pictures somebody called me and asked me if is ok if they send me a new charger.
