Some folks seem to have their old wrist injuries practically disappear when wearing this brace. Such is not the case for me—but it does significantly reinforce the weakness of that wrist and somewhat reduce the tendon pain in the limb, while the hands and wrist joint maintains an ideal flexibility and functionality. Most other braces for the wrist severely limit the range of movement while also not providing as many (or any) of the benefits of this one. It is a bit expensive compared to other braces, and honestly seems like it could be cheaper, but addresses a specific niche of wrist injuries (old, fixed injuries which have left behind some frustrating issues of functionality—as opposed to new, less severe/permanent injuries like sprains and tendonitis, which require different wrist devices for different accommodation). To pay 1.5x, 2x or 3x the price of generic braces manufactured in larger quantities, which are designed for treatments of less severe or permanent wrist issues, would feel more reasonable if the Bullet brace were more refined in design or more durable. Update: 4.5 just because as others have said, it seems to take some sports tape on the inside to keep it from slipping down the forearm slightly. Not a huge deal, but it makes the price feel silly. It’s effective, though. Review: Absolutely Fantastic! - This brace is absolutely fantastic, and relieved my pain rather immediately. Before the brace, I was using athletic tape to stabilize my wrist. Please ignore the fact that I shaved my wrist hair. My wrist is slightly under 7" in circumference. I originally purchased the S/M size brace (first two pictures that I posted), and the brace Did work well. I positioned the brace so the silicone ring wraps around your ulna head, and tightened it as much as possible. The brace does Not slide around at all. I was unhappy with the length of the brace. I emailed Jeff and he sent me two more braces to try (the L/XL-pictures 3 and 4- and, what seems to be, a S/M Rind with a longer band - pictures 5 and 6). The ring on the L/XL (picture 3) feels too large to me, and doesn't provide as much support as the S/M ring. The band does however close all the way (picture 4), so that's a plus. If only there was another option where the band was large and the ring was small. Lo and behold, there is! Jeff was kind enough to send me Another brace to try that has a smaller ring but longer wrist strap (pictures 5 and 6). I'll be honest, I kinda look like a badass, and it's ridiculously comfortable. I have been wearing it for hours and I don't even know it's on. I Was a little confused when I received the 2 latter braces as Both boxes that they came in were marked "L/XL".
