The left side headlight had yellowed from sun exposure, as a result of being ungaraged for 16 years. The right side looked ok. I followed the instructions carefully for the left side headlight and found it took less than 30 minutes to prep and apply. The end result was that the light looked almost as clear as new. However it was so good that it made the right side look old by comparison, and so I then treated the other side too! This does also mean both headlights now have UV protection and should have future aging delayed on both sides. The quantity of chemical on the wipes is ample for two headlights, I also had sufficient excess to apply to the Plexiglas screen of my motorcycle. The box contained a QR code for a YouTube tutorial video that is essential to watch. The process isn’t difficult but it identifies where water must be used and where the lights must be meticulously dry. It's basically just taking a very thin layer of acrylic off. **Q: Can I use Dawn dishwasher soap to wash the headlights?** A: So first wash your headlights and the areas around them with very diluted Dawn, and make sure you rinse them thoroughly. Then go to step one after you have dry the lights. Then with a bottle filled with plain water, squirt some plain water onto your headlights and onto the sanding circle and follow the directions then rinse with water only before you begin step three. Make sure all the areas around your headlights and the headlights are bone dry. A towel dried them very thoroughly and then let my car sit in the garage for a couple hours before I did the third step . Before you begin the third step, you will look at the head luncheon. Wonder if this is all gonna turn out OK but I guarantee you once you wipe the third step on it’s amazing how clear your headlights will be.
