I feel like it lasts longer than a regular energy drink probably due to the amino acids included. It tastes really great. It works to get me going in the mornings. It has a crisp tart and sweet flavor that makes me smack my lips. It's more sour than the lemon blueberry flavor which I also like. Very tasty with a sweet tart kick. My favorite energy drink by far!
