Normally order from the Bonafide site, but I forgot to bring them on vacation so ordered from Amazon for fast shipping. The Relizen has worked great for me with reducing hot flashes & night sweats. I tried Bonafide's newest product (Thermella) thinking it would be even better for the flashes/sweats, but after 6 months of use they actually got worse. Switched back to Relizen & they're back under control. They still happen, but they are nowhere near as bad. Much more tolerable.
