Review: I lost 5lbs in 1 week - So it’s been officially 1 week since I have been taking hydroxy cut, and I have lost 5lbs already. exercising Everyday, healthy diet, and being in a calorie deficit has helped me a lot. I am caffeine sensitive and I do not drink any caffeine at all so when I saw that hydroxy had 150mg of caffeine, I was extremely nervous to take them but I had no bad side effects other than just fast heart beat when working out. I also only take 1 pill a day. The bottle says after day 3 of taking them switch it to 2 pills a day but I don’t. Do not take these if you’re not going to be working out or eating healthy! Definitely recommend these pills.
Review: Drink water, avoid all negative side effects - Do not take 4 in one day. I only take one a day, right before my morning workout. You have to burn the extra energy these give, or you will be left feeling jittery (as others have stated). I have a very high caffeine tolerance and have been taking the hydroxycut black for months and I still only take ONE pill a day. Even if I take one in the morning and another one hours later, the second dose always causes upset stomach for me. I also find it hard to sleep if I take after 2 pm. If I don't drink ALOT of water with these, I also feel slightly nauseous. But this "side effect", the nauseous part, is what suppresses my appetite. So if you can get over that upset stomach feeling and live an active lifestyle, these will absolutely benefit your energy level and suppress your appetite. They do pair excellent with a pre workout as well. I finish my workouts feeling energized. I will say, the first few days of trying any hydroxycut product, it left me feeling almost like I was getting the flu. I would get really cold, get the chills, feel shaky, and feel like I was going to vomit all morning. But all of those side effects went away after the first 3 or 4 days of using these products. Also only taking one pill at a time, with lots of water was the key to avoiding these side effects. For reference I am 32 year old female, 115 lbs.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good product but does interrupt sleep

I really like the Hydroxycut Max for Women. I have my specific reasons for giving this 3 stars, so please read on. I love that these have the added biotin, iron, and folic acid. I am not sure about the recommended daily servings for these. But, as women, these are so necessary and it's one less supplement to take. I have been battling with iron deficiency and hair thinning, so I appreciate this. This product, for sure, does boost energy, metabolism, and weight loss. I work out and follow a healthy meal plan. This product boosts my efforts up another couple notches. I have the energy that I need to push through workouts when I otherwise would not have the motivation. My issues with Hydroxycut Max and the reason for 3 stars rather than 5 are: 1. It does interfere with my sleep - even taking well before 5 hours before bedtime. 2. The directions says not to snack between meals. What is up with that??? Most people who are really into working out and following a healthy lifestyle eat 5 to 6 meals small meals a day. Some of which are considered snacks. Hydroxycut makes no clarification on this. I really don't think it's feasible to expect that people who workout eat just three meals per day. So how does eating 5 - 6 meals affect the results? 3. Red No. 40 as an ingredient. Why? Why? Why? This is known to not be good. Why ruin a good thing by adding this dye when it is not necessary. There are healthier alternatives. I am up in the air as to whether or not I will repurchase this mostly because of reasons 1 and 3. I will try taking this once per day to see if this makes a difference with my sleep. To be fair, I will contact Hydroxycut with my concerns which is what I should have done before I wrote this review, so I apologize for that.
