## Overview

The Timex Men's Expedition Gallatin 45mm is a solar-powered analog watch featuring a durable resin case, scratch-resistant acrylic lens, and a comfortable black nylon strap. It offers a 2-month power reserve charged by any light, water resistance up to 50 meters, and a sleek black dial with partial Arabic numerals and a date window. Designed for the modern professional who values reliability and rugged style, this watch balances everyday functionality with outdoor readiness.

## Description

Charged by any light with a four-month power reserve, the Timex Expedition Gallatin Solar is an adventure-ready companion powered by natural energy. Inspired by the northern edge of the U.S. Rockies, it is well-built for the outdoors, pairing a 44mm resin case with a fabric slip-thru strap made for easy on and off on the trail. Partial Arabic numerals and markers keep the dial clear at a glance, and an impact-resistant acrylic crystal protects the face through bumps and scrapes. Water resistance to 50 meters covers light swimming but not snorkeling, so splash and rain on the hike are no problem. For over 170 years, Timex has built watches with one belief at its core: time belongs to everyone. No other watchmaker has matched Timex's ability to put a well-crafted timepiece on your wrist without emptying your pocket. Every Timex watch is a testament to legendary durability and value, designed to help you pause, look up, and savor the moments that matter—the conversations, the adventures, the quiet everyday instances that make life worth living. A Timex on your wrist is more than a timepiece; it's a reminder to make time yours.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the bezel rotating?**
A: I saw this watch in a store. The bezel does not rotate.

**Q: Does it have a night light or does it glow in the night?**
A: Hello Ricardo, thank you for your interest in our product! The watch you're interested in does not have the INDIGLO or light feature but it has luminescent watch hands.

**Q: A Timex watch with a Casio box? Odd.**
A: Apparently the pics weren't edited very well. My watch did NOT arrive in a Casio box. As a matter of fact it came in a pretty nondescript plastic box.

**Q: I want to change the band, what size do i need to get**
A: You've probably solved it by now, but you'll want a 22mm wide watch band. I've had good luck with the 4 buckle Zulu band from Maratac/County Comm.
I wasn't even able to get the velcro through the plastic loop around my wrist, but I had a spare Zulu (22mm width, 12 inch length) and it works just fine.
