We have had better appetite management, feel less bloated, and seem to have more energy. They are easy to swallow too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product *by M***Y on September 28, 2026* I was put on a VERY powerful antibiotic and when I was finished I had to have probiotic and prebiotic therapy. This akkermansia has helped greatly with that. I used it as suggested by my doctor and I was very happy with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes a noticeable difference quickly *by D***Z on September 19, 2026* I expect long-term benefits from supplements, which makes it noteworthy when I respond immediately to one. For digestion this supplement is generally tonic, but the big response has been my elevated energy level. I didn't expect that from a probiotic. ## Frequently Bought Together - Akkermansia Probiotic and Postbiotic (Increases GLP-1 Production) 120 Capsules, 50mg per Serving (Third Party Tested to 5 Billion TFU per Serving, 50 Billion CFU per Gram) by Double Wood - Lactobacillus Reuteri Probiotic Supplement 240 Tablets 3 Billion CFU Probiotics for Men & Women Supports Intestinal Digestive & Gut Health Made in The USA (240, Lactobacillus Reuteri) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/682563249-akkermansia-muciniphila-postbiotic-5b-tfu-glp-1-gut-120-capsules](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/682563249-akkermansia-muciniphila-postbiotic-5b-tfu-glp-1-gut-120-capsules) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
