The build quality of the jars is extremely disappointing. I purchased this mixer grinder in December 2025, and the juicer jar has been used only 10–15 times. Despite such minimal usage, the jar broke on its own. The blade assembly detached from the jar, which is a serious safety concern. Fortunately, no one was injured. Bajaj is a trusted brand, so I expected much better quality and durability. This incident raises concerns about the manufacturing, assembly, and quality control processes. I request Bajaj to pay greater attention to product quality and QC checks to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. A product failing in such a manner after very limited use is simply unacceptable. I hope Bajaj takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving its product standards.
