Review: Definitely buying this again - I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level, productivity/motivation, and general mood when using this. I put a dropper full in about a cup of water and drink it real fast or sometimes put a dropper in a cup of tea. The flavor isn't great by itself but isn't bad at all in just water and is actually a kind of nice addition to some teas. I started out with using less at a time to see how it effected me. Sometimes I would notice a very dull temple headache for a bit after the second dose of the day, but it always went away shortly and stopped happening at all after about a week of using this. I typically took about 3 dropper fulls per day, one in the morning, one at lunch, and one late afternoon. I noticed though that after I had been using this for a few days I had more motivation and energy even when I didn't use it in the morning. I even found myself having an easier time getting up in the morning. I'd definitely recommend this and am going to try other Herb Pharm products since this and the Anxiety Soother pills work so great.

**Q: How long does it take to feel the affects ?**
A: As you know this product contains many herbs and it is in liquid form which is absorbed quickly.Each herb will react with your system differently. However the effects of Gotu Kola ,the first ingredient,you will feel almost immediately as it is a stimulant like coffee.I have not taken this particular herbal remedy so the long term affect of the other components I cannot comment on.

**Q: Is there a pill formula of this?**
A: This product has an accelerant that gets it working quickly. If there is a pill form, I wouldn't take it.

**Q: Is this legit the real brand? Is this really herb farm brand in it? I’ve heard some people getting fake stuff off amazon**
A: It's appear to be Herbfarm.  Why not call Herbfarm and the seller?  I bought it, it was high quality and it worked quite well!  Hope that helps. In summary, I do not know if this is a fake.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has helped memory but some gastrointestinal issues

I have noticed a significant change in my memory recall. I’m taking online classes and can recall more information than I did before. If someone gives me an address I am able to remember it rather than immediately forgetting it. However I noticed that this has causes some intestinal issues and about 30 minutes or so after I take this I have to rush to the loo. I definitely can’t take this if I need to go anywhere. I haven’t seen reviews mentioning this so it might just be me . I do have IBS. I will keep taking it because the gastro issues aren’t as bad as when I started.
