Review: Does a Great Job - My RO POT was looking a little ragged. I used the descaling kit and the cleaning kit according to the directions and the tank and carafe look like new. Word of advice - I took the top off of the pot and each time I pushed the button, it came on for a second and turned off. I tried about 20 times until the wife imitated Billy Bob in Sling Blade and said 'it ain't got no gas.' I put the top back on the carafe and the kits worked perfectly.
