Review: Great device for kids when you do not yet want to get them a phone - Excellent little device that is really easy to use and set up. My 10 year old needed access to something without a camera and this provided him with access to music to help him sleep whilst he was away and had the added benefit of encouraging his reading through the Kindle app
Review: Broken within a week - This is small and cute and if it had worked it would have been perfect for my young teen. Having set it all up the way we wanted which took time it's completely dead in less than a week. So disappointing for her. She is stuck in hospital and really needed it to work.

## Features

- Set Up Parental Controls - The digital music player does not allow the installation of additional apps, which prevent children from installing inappropriate apps. But you can uninstall pre-installed apps that you don't want your kids to use, and set a reset lock to prevent it from being restored. Additionally, you can set the duration of internet usage.
- Pre-installed Online Music App – The MP3 player with popular music apps, such as Spotify, Spotify kids, desertcart music, Deezer and so on. Listeners have instant access to an almost unlimited library of songs, personalized playlists and recommendations. A perfect dedicated mp3 player for kids.
- Portable E-reader - Q8 mp3 player comes with Audible and Kindle apps, which greatly facilitates you to listen to audiobooks and read e-books without disturbing by phone calls and messages, and a convenient way to enjoy literature.
- Amazing Audio-visual Enjoyment - The device is not only a digital music player but also an MP4 player. It is equipped with a 4" full-touch LCD screen and HiFi sound module, and supports 720p, 1080p HD video playback, which bring you unparalleled film viewing and music enjoyment.
- WiFi and Bluetooth Connection - Wifi mp3 player not only provides USB cables to upload music and videos, but also can share or transfer files via bluetooth and wifi. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The twins absolutely love these and I loved the price.
*by O***R on 22 July 2025*

I bought these TIMMKOO 80GB Kids MP3 Players for the twins (the girls are 8 yrs old) and as soon as they opened them, they disappeared! I really wasn't sure if they would have much interest in video games but they absolutely loved these. They have a set number of games to play and that's pretty much what you get. Uploading app's is not an option which can be good or bad... I feel for an 8 year old it's great not having to worry about anyone downloading bad apps. Tey do have parental controls for all of the existing app's, bluetooth, and mp3 player with storage for favorite songs as well.
