Have tried so many things with little to no improvement. Been using this shampoo for 6 weeks. My scalp is slowly but gradually improving. The bumps are much smaller and much less itchy. It has 3% salicylic which helps to exfoliate the scalp and you log follicles. I use it 3-4 X a week. It’s important to leave it in for several minutes. when I have time I’ll leave on for longer. What I really like about it is that it doesn’t dry out my scalp/ hair. My hair feels soft and bouncy afterwards. Win win! I have come to terms with the fact it may never go away and this will be my permanent maintenance to keep it to a minimum.
