Great value for the money. When a relative was in skilled care they used these and she was happy, she continued at home so we bot some, they came very fast and were extremely well packaged in a heavy duty box. Very happy. Review: These fit over my ileostomy. - I liked that they are comfortable in the stretch of the leg, the length is perfect for me as it goes over my hips and with enough stretch to fit very comfortably over my ileostomy pouch without interfering with the pouch and flange at all. I have been using the ones given to me at hospital, they were sized for a giant but were fine. These are great for me. Tena has so many different sizes and types. I can't speak to the absorbency but the first ones I used would hold a quart I think, very thick pad. Tena products are wonderful and comfortable. Thank you Tena ## Features - TENA - 741360020054 - Essity - Health & Personal Care > Health care > incontinence & Ostomy > protective briefs & underwear ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002YM9FMQ | | ASIN | B002YM9FMQ | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #86,969 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #339 in Incontinence Protective Briefs & Underwear | | Brand Name | TENA | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (102) | | Date First Available | September 6, 2006 | | Incontinence Protector Size | Medium | | Incontinence Protector Type | Adult Incontinence Underwear | | Item Dimensions | 9 x 7 x 6.5 inches | | Item Highlight | Disposable, Incontinence | | Item Length | 9 inches | | Item Weight | 2.5 pounds | | Item model number | 72232 | | Lining Description | Quick-absorbing polymer lining | | Manufacturer | TENA | | Manufacturer | TENA | | Manufacturer Part Number | 72232 | | Material Type | Polyester Or Polypropylene | | Model Number | 72232 | | Number of Items | 16 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Dimensions | 9 x 7 x 6.5 inches; 2.5 pounds | | Recommended Uses For Product | Urine Protection | | Reusability | Disposable | | Size | Medium | | Target Audience | Unisex-Adults | | UPC | 764442380037 768702722469 772195523557 | | Unit Count | 16 Count | | Weight Range | 115-195 lbs | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** TENA - **Color:** White - **Incontinence Protector Type:** Adult Incontinence Underwear - **Number of Items:** 16 ## Images ![ProSkin Extra Breathable Underwear, Moderate Absorbency, Medium, 16 ct - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71yd8ulmAuL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Unit Count** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How many ounces do the extra hold? You think they would place that info on the package!** A: I have no clue. I have been using the Tena Extra medium for several years for my wife and she has never had an accident. I change them regularly and I find them to be by far the best of all brands. Be sure that you get the EXTRA. That is the best one. I get 6 boxes of 64 regularly, get them delivered to me free and the pricing is better than anywhere else! ## Frequently Bought Together - TENA Protective Underwear, Extra Absorbency Size Medium Pk/16 - TENA ProSkin Plus Disposable Underwear Pull On with Tear Away Seams Medium, 72632, 20 Ct - TENA ProSkin Overnight™ Super Protective Incontinence Underwear, Heavy Absorbency, Unisex, Medium, (56 Total - 4 Packs) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/6800464-proskin-extra-breathable-underwear-moderate-absorbency-medium-16-ct](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/6800464-proskin-extra-breathable-underwear-moderate-absorbency-medium-16-ct) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
