I used the product for the first time. The description says it has serum on it. The one I used has no serum even though the package is sealed. Not sure if it's a manufacturing issue. Will try another soon and if there is serum on it. I will report back. Didn't see any immediate noticeable results but I imagine it works after multiple uses, we will see.
