These are amazing pills. If you're at all concerned with proper methylation of hormones in your body THESE are a must have. I started taking these under the advice of a physician. This product has helped me significantly. I am a healthy 40-yr-old and started experiencing neuralgia in extremities. My naturopathic doctor diagnosed me with anxiety/depressed and recommended this product. My symptoms are lessening and hoping they disappear completely. I’m thankful this product is available over turning to an prescription with side effects. The main side effect of this product as been some nausea and gas which appears to be improving.
