Review: My new favorite Civivi!! - Going to start with the negatives because there are only 2 and they are very minor. The super lock will make your finger sore pretty quick. This is a very fidgety knife and the lock is stiff. While it may make your finger sore, it does give you confidence that the lock is strong. My only other complaint is the pocket clip is the standard skeletonized civivi clip and it being off center is sort of weird and makes the knife hang different in the pocket. This knife is awesome!! One of the smoothest action I have seen and a super cool lock!! The whole knife is solid. Built like a tank with a super slicey blade. While the knife was decently sharp, I reprofiled to 17degrees per side and finished with 4 micron emulsion. Nitro V takes a very nice edge and easy to work with. The overall size while on the larger side of my preferred edc size, it is proper for this blade and configuration. Feels very natural in the hand. I have been very impressed with Civivi and this knife is the best yet in my opinion. I was very excited when I first saw the Vision FG. Very glad I purchased one. This is alot of knife with a super cool lock at a very reasonable price. I really like the AD20.5, but at this price for a Vision, I would take the Civivi hands down. Review: Great knife, especially when on sale - Overall a great knife. Super sharp, amazingly strong lockup, and extremely fidget-friendly. The blade color and finish is superb. The micarta is super well made as well. The only downsides is that the knife is slightly on the heavier side, and the pocket clip cutout on the handle is a bit weird and makes the clip sit kinda strangely for my taste. Definitely can’t go wrong with this knife though! ## Features - Innovative Superlock Mechanism --- Smooth opening with the manual thumb stub and secure lockup using the superlock. - German-made Nitro-V Blade --- Offers outstanding corrosion resistance, edge retention, and razor-sharp cutting performance. - Lightweight, Strong, Grippy Handle --- Civivi Vision FG is a fantastic pocket knife with four openings on the textured handle to reduce its weight without sacrificing any durability. - Ambidextrous Design --- User-friendly for both left and right-handed users with a reversible clip, ambidextrous thumb stub and superlock. - Designer --- This folding knife is designed by Snecx Tan (Malaysia). - Civivi Care --- Civivi knives and tools provide a lifetime service against defects in material and workmanship, USA service center provides faster response to take care of your requests. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0C73JQC4X | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Age range (description) | Kid | | Best Sellers Rank | #194,583 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #442 in Pocketknives | | Blade Edge | Plain | | Blade Length | 3.54 Inches | | Blade Material | Alloy Steel | | Blade Shape | Reverse Tanto | | Blade Type | Reverse Tanto | | Brand | CIVIVI | | Brand Name | CIVIVI | | Color | dunkelgrün | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 177 Reviews | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Micarta | | Included Components | C22036-3 | | Included components | C22036-3 | | Is Product Cordless | Yes | | Item Length | 7.95 Inches | | Item Shape | Foldable with inverted Tanto blade | | Item Weight | 4.07 Ounces | | Manufacturer | CIVIVI | | Model Name | C22036-3 | | Model Number | C22036-3 | | Model name | C22036-3 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | C22036-3 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | Camping, Hiking, EDC | | Recommended uses for product | Camping, Hiking, EDC | | Reusability | Reusable | | Size | 4 بوصة | | Special Features | Superlock Mechanism, Nitro-V Blade, Lightweight Handle, Ambidextrous Design | | Special features | Superlock Mechanism, Nitro-V Blade, Lightweight Handle, Ambidextrous Design | | Style | Manual | | UPC | 689826328613 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Kid - **Brand:** CIVIVI - **Model name:** C22036-3 - **Recommended uses for product:** Camping, Hiking, EDC - **Special features:** Superlock Mechanism, Nitro-V Blade, Lightweight Handle, Ambidextrous Design ## Images ![Knives Vision FG Superlock C22036-3 Dark Green Canvas Micarta Nitro-V Steel Pocket Knife - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61EGaeu2TZL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is there a second clip like the one in the "ambidextrous clip" image?** A: Thank you for your support. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome blade, strong & unique lock all for a great price. *by T***G on 11 December 2025* This knife is fantastic for the price. Replace the clip with the Civivi titanium one for $13 if the factory one is too prominent. The action is super slick, blade shape seems unconventional but is SUPER useful; came very sharp. The super-lock is fun and fidgety and strong. I would love to see a version of this with slightly thicker blade stock but the factory blade is strong and when used for normal knife things (vs internet knife destructo tests), I'm sure it will be more than strong enough. The micarta scales are nice and there are after market metal replacements if you want to dress it up (but they cost more than the knife itself!). The Nitro-V steel will handle 99% of use for 99% of owners. The blade's gentle sweep makes it a very easy profile to hand sharpen on a stone; no big curve towards the tip to deal with. Coating on the blade is very smooth. No play or wiggle in the blade, and it is perfectly centered. Just buy it. ## Frequently Bought Together - CIVIVI Vision FG Pocket Knife for EDC, Superlock Folding Knife with 3.54" Reverse Tanto Nitro-V Blade Micarta Handle, Ideal Gift for Men Women C22036-3 - CIVIVI Titanium Pocket Clip with 2 Pairs Titanium Screws for Mini Praxis, Qubit, Vision FG, Sokoke and Button Lock Elementum II Knife T003C (Plain) - CIVIVI Elementum II Pocket Folding Knife, 2.96" Nitro-V Steel Blade G10 Handle Utility Knife with Deep Carry Pocket Clip for Camping Hiking Hunting C18062P-3 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/679428752-knives-vision-fg-superlock-c22036-3-dark-green-canvas-micarta](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/679428752-knives-vision-fg-superlock-c22036-3-dark-green-canvas-micarta) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
