I can quickly make a second batch in the same pan. Love the crisp brown edges on my gluten free biscuits. I've been using this pan for over two years and it is like new. Don't buy if you don't know how to use cast iron for cooking. I take care of my cast iron and this pan is as good as my cast iron pans over a hundred years old.
